FactureGo: DGI-compliant online invoicing for Moroccan businesses

FactureGo is Moroccan online invoicing software: DGI-compliant PDF invoices, VAT calculated automatically, quotes converted in one click. Here is what it does, what it costs, and how it complements your till.

A till records your over-the-counter sales. It does not replace a proper invoice when a business customer asks for one. FactureGo is Moroccan software that handles exactly that part: producing compliant invoices, quickly, without Excel.

What FactureGo does

FactureGo is an online invoicing tool built for Morocco. You create a customer, add your lines, and the PDF comes out ready to send. The company is based in Agadir.

  • DGI-compliant PDF invoices: A professional document generated in seconds and downloaded in one click.
  • Moroccan VAT preconfigured: The 20%, 14%, 10% and 7% rates are already there and the maths is automatic.
  • Quotes, purchase orders, invoices: The full cycle without retyping the same lines three times, with e-signature.
  • Customer management: Full history per customer, automatic reminders and data export.
  • Dashboard: Real-time revenue, outstanding invoices, monthly charts.
  • Send by email or WhatsApp: Responsive interface, so it works from a phone between customers.

Pricing

Three tiers, with a 14-day trial and no card required. Prices recorded in July 2026: check their site, pricing moves.

Business249 MAD / monthEverything in Pro, plus 5 users, accountant access, white-label PDF and onboarding.

Invoicing and point of sale are different jobs

This is the important part, and it is often misunderstood. A POS system like BelloPOS is for taking payment at the counter: barcode scanning, receipt, stock going down, all offline. Invoicing software is for producing administrative documents for customers who pay against an invoice.

Plenty of businesses need both. You sell retail all day, then a business customer asks for an invoice with their ICE number and VAT broken out. The till covers the first case, FactureGo the second.

Who it helps

  • Freelancers and auto-entrepreneurs invoicing a handful of clients a month.
  • Small businesses and agencies that quote before they invoice.
  • Shops that also sell to professionals and must issue compliant invoices.
  • Anyone still doing invoices in Excel or by hand.

What it does not do

FactureGo is not a till. No barcode scanning on the shop floor, no cash drawer, no counter-side stock management, and it works online. If what you need is to take payment fast and without internet, BelloPOS is the tool, possibly alongside it.

Our view

For a Moroccan business losing time on invoices, FactureGo answers the problem well: compliant, fast, and free to start. Try the free tier before paying; it is enough to tell whether the tool fits.

And for the till?

If you also need something to take payment at the counter and track stock, BelloPOS Lite is free for life and runs fully offline.
