Avantages Feedback: pricing, packs, and the five-year bill

Basic 30 €, Premium 40 €, Gold 60 € a month. Converted into dirhams and added up over five years, that changes the comparison with a one-off licence completely. Here are the three packs, what is in them, and the full sum.

Avantages Feedback publishes its prices, which is rare enough in this market: Basic at 30 €, Premium at 40 € and Gold at 60 € a month, less 16 % paid annually, installation and hardware not included. Two things follow for a Moroccan restaurant, and they are what decide. First, those amounts are in euros, so your bill depends on the exchange rate. Second, stock, recipes and food cost sit in the Gold pack, which is the expensive one. Here is the full sum, over five years.

In short

  • Three packs: 30, 40 and 60 € a month, −16 % annually. At the rate on 28 July 2026, Gold is about 640 MAD MAD a month.
  • Stock and food cost are in Gold, not in Basic or Premium. That is the point that changes a restaurant’s budget.
  • Over five years monthly Gold approaches BelloPOS Pro. Annual billing stays 16% lower. The table shows both rather than hiding the discount.
  • They win on the kiosk, the QR menu, delivery and Google reviews. We have none of those.
  • They advertise an offline-ready mode. We win on the local database, paying in dirhams and a bought licence staying yours.

The solutions compared

Two opposite approaches to the same problem: a cloud suite paid for every month, and local software bought once. They are not the same product, and either one may well be the right one for you.

Avantages Feedback

Avantages Feedback

A cloud, offline-ready POS suite for food service, sold as three packs, Basic, Premium and Gold, plus à-la-carte modules. It covers the till, the QR menu and online shop, table service, the kitchen display, stock and recipes, loyalty, gift cards, Google reviews, reservations, a self-order kiosk and four mobile apps. The site runs in five languages and prices are shown in euros.

What it really costs over five years

The table below is computed from the published prices. It shows monthly billing and the 16% annual discount, then converts both at the rate on 28 July 2026 (11 MAD MAD to 1 €). Nobody types these figures by hand: they are recalculated at every publication.

Amounts calculated from public prices verified on 31 July 2026, with the rate used: 1 EUR = 10.66 MAD, recorded 28 July 2026. The annual rows apply the public 16% discount. Installation, hardware, bank fees and any taxes on the final quote are not added; obtain a named quote before deciding.

Read both Gold lines and the Pro line together, because that is the honest comparison: a restaurant that needs stock and food cost has to take Gold with them, and Pro with us. At five years monthly Gold is close to Pro and annual Gold remains clearly lower; at ten both subscriptions continue and the licence has not moved. Conversely, if you may not still be open in three years, or cannot put the money down today, the subscription genuinely is cheaper, and that is a valid reason to choose it.

The price in euros, and what it adds

This is the most concrete peculiarity of the offer for a Moroccan business, and it appears nowhere on their pricing page: you pay in euros. Your bill therefore depends on your bank’s rate of the day, plus any card fees it charges, and it moves from month to month with nothing having changed at your end.

At the rate read on 28 July 2026, 11 MAD MAD to 1 €, that is about 320 MAD MAD a month for Basic and 640 MAD MAD for Gold. If the dirham weakens by 5 %, your software costs 5 % more with no negotiation possible. That is exchange risk, not an accounting detail, and it compounds over the whole term.

What is in each pack

Read from their French page. This table is the real comparison tool, because the pack that contains what you need decides the price far more than the price itself does.

What this comparison does not cover

Installation fees and hardware are not included in the prices above, for them or for us: their own page says so, and on our side a till station is paid for once on top of the licence. Nor do we have a named Avantages Feedback quote to compare against: the figures used here are their public prices. Ask for yours and redo the five-year sum with it, which is the only way to decide on your own numbers.

How to choose: the twenty-minute method

Before deciding between a subscription and a licence, five checks are worth more than a feature comparison.

  • Count your real needs before you look at a single price. How many tills, how many users, do you invoice businesses, do you need stock, do you take delivery orders. Five answers, and half the offers rule themselves out. Our guide to choosing a till works through this questionnaire.
  • Test the checkout, not the demo. Ask to ring up ten items, one return and one split payment, yourself, and time it. A well-rehearsed demo tells you nothing about what your cashier will face on a Saturday.
  • Pull the internet cable and try to sell. That one test splits the whole market in two, and it takes thirty seconds. We go through it in detail in our offline or cloud POS comparison.
  • Ask for an export of your own data before you pay anything. Products, customers, sales, in a file you can open. If the answer is vague, you already know how this ends.
  • Add up five years, not one month. A subscription is compared with a one-off purchase over the time you will actually use it.
  • Check that the receipt prints correctly in Arabic before you commit. On a thermal printer that is not a given, and it takes a minute to see.
  • Ask who answers the phone on a Saturday at 8pm, and in which language. That is exactly when a till breaks.
  • Ask which currency you will be billed in and who carries the exchange risk.
  • Check which pack contains the function you actually need, not the one that impressed you.

Questions to ask any vendor who does not publish prices

  1. What is the total monthly cost for my exact configuration: my number of tills, my number of users, my modules?
  2. What happens to my data the day I stop paying? Can I export it, in what format, and for how long does it stay accessible?
  3. Are there activation, installation, training or hardware fees, and are they one-off or recurring?
  4. Is the quoted price excluding or including VAT?
  5. How long is the commitment, and what happens if I cancel before the end?
  6. What does support cost after the first year, and what is included?

What each solution does better

This blog’s rule: we say what the competitor does better, and here the list is long and serious.

Avantages Feedback

On the customer-facing side they do things we do not do at all: the self-order kiosk, the QR menu with ordering, the white-label online shop, the delivery and consumer apps, the Google reviews loop and reservations. A restaurant that wants its customers to order for themselves should look at them, not at us. Their suite is also coherent end to end, which avoids bolting three tools together.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Comparing 60 € with 40,000 MAD. Compare five years with five, or ten with ten.
  • Forgetting the exchange rate. A euro subscription has no fixed price in dirhams.
  • Taking Basic and discovering stock afterwards. Check the pack before, not after.
  • Treating ‘offline-ready’ as a complete answer. Cut the connection during the demo and test the sale, receipt, stock, KDS and resynchronisation.
  • Ignoring backup. A local licence puts your data with you, and so its backup too.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Avantages Feedback cost?

Three monthly packs shown on their site: Basic at 30 €, Premium at 40 € and Gold at 60 € a month, with 16 % off when paid annually. Installation and hardware are not included. At the rate read on 28 July 2026, that is roughly 320 MAD to 640 MAD MAD a month.

Which pack do I need for stock and food cost?

The Gold pack. Stock, recipes, inventory and food cost are not included in Basic or Premium. For a restaurant that wants to defend its margin, the 60 € a month pack is therefore the one to base the calculation on, not the 30 € one.

Is it cheaper than a licence bought once?

Over one year, yes, by a long way. Over five, the table in this article shows monthly Gold approaching a BelloPOS Pro licence, while annually billed Gold remains lower because of the 16% discount. Both subscriptions continue afterwards while the licence is already paid. Use the time you genuinely expect to run the business.

Does it work without internet?

Its POS page describes the product as offline-ready and says checkout continues during a network outage. Test which functions remain active, for how long, and how data resynchronises. BelloPOS keeps its database directly on the shop PC and runs entirely offline.

When should you choose them rather than us?

If you want a self-order kiosk, a QR menu with ordering, a white-label online shop, consumer and delivery apps or a Google-reviews loop, choose them: we do none of those. And if you cannot tie up a sum today, the subscription is the right tool.

Our recommendation

For a restaurant that wants its customers to order for themselves, kiosk, QR menu, online shop, apps, the answer is with them, and no five-year sum will change that: we do not offer those functions.

For a restaurant that wants a local database on its own PC, a price in dirhams and a licence that remains bought, the answer is BelloPOS. That choice is about ownership and the cost model, not a claim that Avantages cannot take a sale during an outage.

And if you are still hesitating, use the one criterion that genuinely settles it and costs nothing to test: unplug the internet cable from your till and try to make a sale.
