Caisse Manager: pricing, modules and an honest comparison with BelloPOS

The detail of Caisse Manager’s three modules, what a full configuration costs over five years, what they do better than us, and from when buying once works out cheaper.

By BelloCommerce

·

Caisse Manager publishes its prices, which is already a virtue in this market: 250 MAD a month for the till software, 60 MAD for the waiters’ mobile app, 100 MAD for advanced stock management. This article does what their pricing page does not: add it up, project it over five years, and say honestly where they are the better choice.

The short answer

  • Three modules billed separately: till 250 MAD/month, waiter app 60 MAD/month, advanced stock 100 MAD/month. No commitment, one free month (recorded 27 July 2026).
  • A full configuration is 410 MAD a month, or 4,920 MAD a year and 24,600 MAD over five years.
  • The till alone reaches the price of BelloPOS Go in exactly three years, then keeps running every month.
  • Their delivery integrations are a real advantage: Glovo, Yassir, Done and CMI wired into the till. We have no equivalent, and that alone can justify the subscription.
  • BelloPOS stays ahead on three points: offline operation, trilingual printing, and one payment instead of a permanent monthly charge.

The solutions compared

A monthly subscription against a one-off purchase. This is not a matter of doctrine: both models are legitimate and each wins in different situations, which this article tries to map precisely.

Caisse Manager

Caisse Manager logo

A Moroccan till software sold as a monthly subscription with no commitment, in three blocks: the till, the mobile app for waiters and advanced stock management. Its site claims more than 3,000 shops equipped and highlights its CMI, Odoo, Brehm, Glovo, Done and Yassir integrations.

BelloPOS

What it really costs over five years

The table below takes both publishers’ public prices and projects them. Nothing is estimated: these are multiplications.

The solutionOver 1 yearOver 3 yearsOver 5 years

Caisse Manager, till + stock + mobile (410 MAD/month)4,920 MAD14,760 MAD24,600 MAD

The amounts above are worked out from the public prices recorded on 27 July 2026, with VAT added where a price is quoted excluding tax, and with no commercial discount. For prices in dollars, the rate used: 1 USD = 9.4 MAD, recorded 27 July 2026. Redo the sum with the day’s prices before you decide: they move, and it is your money.

Two numbers deserve a pause. The till alone crosses BelloPOS Go in year three: 9,000 MAD on one side paid once, 9,000 MAD on the other paid in thirty-six instalments, after which one stops and the other continues. And the full configuration at 410 MAD passes 9,000 MAD before the end of year two. If your business is meant to last, those two dates are the most important thing on this page.

What each module gives you, and which one you can skip

Splitting the offer into three blocks is clear and that is welcome, but you need to know what you are buying. Here is what each module covers according to their own page, and our view of it.

  • Till software, 250 MAD/month: The compulsory block. Checkout, advanced dashboard, multi-user management, continuous updates, 7-day support. It is the heart of the product and you cannot work around it.
  • Waiter Mobile App, 60 MAD/month: Order taking from a phone, synced in real time with the till. Their own page presents it as “perfect for restaurants and cafes” and that is accurate. At 60 MAD a month it is honestly cheap for the time it saves in the dining room. Pointless if you sell over a counter.
  • Advanced Stock Management, 100 MAD/month: Advanced stock, full Odoo integration, real-time syncing, reports. Worth taking if you have many product lines or several outlets. A small shop with two hundred products generally does not need it, and simple stock tracking is included almost everywhere, BelloPOS Lite included.

Where they win: delivery

This point deserves candour because it decides the matter for a whole category of business. Caisse Manager advertises automatic syncing of Glovo orders into the till, real-time reception and management of Yassir orders, a Done integration and a CMI connection for card payments. They also name Odoo and Brehm.

Translated into a working evening: without an integration, a restaurant doing delivery has a Glovo tablet on one side, a Yassir tablet on the other, and an employee retyping every order into the till. Typing mistakes happen at peak hours, exactly when they cost the most. Removing that double entry is worth well over 250 MAD a month when delivery is a serious share of turnover. We offer no equivalent, and if that is your situation, this comparison concludes in their favour.

The two questions to ask before you sign

A no-commitment subscription is a good thing, but two points deserve an answer in writing before you start. First: what becomes of your catalogue, your sales history and your customer file the day you stop paying? Ask for an export, in a format you can open, and check it during the free month rather than on the way out. Second: does the till keep selling without a connection, and with what limits? Those two answers are worth more than any feature list.

How to choose: the twenty-minute method

Before comparing two prices, compare two uses. This method holds for any publisher on the market, ourselves included.

  • Count your real needs before you look at a single price. How many tills, how many users, do you invoice businesses, do you need stock, do you take delivery orders. Five answers, and half the offers rule themselves out. Our guide to choosing a till works through this questionnaire.
  • Test the checkout, not the demo. Ask to ring up ten items, one return and one split payment, yourself, and time it. A well-rehearsed demo tells you nothing about what your cashier will face on a Saturday.
  • Pull the internet cable and try to sell. That one test splits the whole market in two, and it takes thirty seconds. We go through it in detail in our offline or cloud POS comparison.
  • Ask for an export of your own data before you pay anything. Products, customers, sales, in a file you can open. If the answer is vague, you already know how this ends.
  • Add up five years, not one month. A subscription is compared with a one-off purchase over the time you will actually use it.
  • Check that the receipt prints correctly in Arabic before you commit. On a thermal printer that is not a given, and it takes a minute to see.
  • Ask who answers the phone on a Saturday at 8pm, and in which language. That is exactly when a till breaks.

What each solution does better

Caisse Manager

Its delivery and payment integrations. Automatic syncing of Glovo and Yassir orders into the till, the CMI connection and the Done link are real products solving a real problem: a restaurant doing volume on delivery otherwise spends its evening retyping orders from a tablet. We offer no equivalent, and for a business where delivery is a large share of turnover that is a serious argument in their favour. Their 7-day support and the absence of any commitment also count in their credit.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Adding the modules up after deciding. Do the total first: 250 alone, or 410 with stock and mobile, are not the same five years.
  • Paying for the advanced stock module for two hundred product lines. Simple stock tracking is plenty below a certain volume, and it is included nearly everywhere.
  • Choosing on the Glovo integration alone when delivery is 5% of your sales. The argument is excellent, but it has to apply to you.
  • Not asking for an export of your data before you start. That is the one moment when you have any negotiating power.
  • Comparing a subscription with a purchase over one month. The right horizon is how long you expect to keep the shop.

Frequently asked questions

What does Caisse Manager cost?

250 MAD a month for the till software, 60 MAD a month for the waiter mobile app and 100 MAD a month for advanced stock management. The subscriptions are monthly with no commitment, with one free month (public prices recorded on caissemanager.com on 27 July 2026).

What does a full configuration cost over five years?

The three modules come to 410 MAD a month, or 4,920 MAD a year and 24,600 MAD over five years, excluding hardware and any price increase. The till alone comes to 15,000 MAD over the same period.

At what point does BelloPOS Go work out cheaper?

Against the till alone at 250 MAD a month, the crossover is at exactly thirty-six months, since 250 × 36 = 9,000 MAD. Against the full configuration at 410 MAD, it happens before the end of year two. After that the gap widens every month.

Does Caisse Manager work without internet?

It is not advertised on their public site as of 27 July 2026, and we will not assert it on their behalf. Their messaging leads on real time and dashboards, which implies a connection. The test is simple during the free month: pull the cable and try to ring up a sale.

Are the Glovo and Yassir integrations worth the subscription?

If delivery is a serious share of your sales, yes, without hesitation. Removing the manual retyping of orders saves time every evening and eliminates errors at peak hours. If delivery is marginal for you, the argument does not apply and you are paying for a function you will not use.

Can I migrate from Caisse Manager to BelloPOS?

Yes, provided you first obtain an export of your products, your customers and your sales history. Ask for it before you cancel, never after. Our Go and Pro tiers include help loading the catalogue: up to 20 products and 10 categories with Go, and 1,000 products and 100 categories with Pro.

Our recommendation

Take Caisse Manager if delivery runs your business. Glovo, Yassir, Done and CMI wired straight into the till remove a painful daily chore, and at 250 MAD a month that is a good buy for this exact profile. Their 7-day support and the absence of any commitment are real arguments too.

Take BelloPOS Lite if you are starting out and want to see what you genuinely need before spending anything: it is free for life, offline, and it gives you time to discover your real requirements rather than guess them.

Take BelloPOS Go if you sell mainly over the counter and you are thinking long term. 9,000 MAD once, against 15,000 MAD over five years for the till alone and 24,600 MAD for the full configuration. Add offline operation and Arabic printing, and the choice makes itself.
